I came to the sixth week of bbg and the difference is noticeable.
Practicing every day produces a double effect, constantly sore muscles and increase in strength.
The improvements I am getting I can not measure them effectively with centimeter but I see them in the mirror and feel them when I wear the jeans :-)
Overall I lost 3 kg in total, not many, but there have been some lunch and dinner where I ate too much and that is where I saw a big difference.
Usually when I eat more, I do not know if it happens to you, but the next day the scale marks 1.5 kg more and then there are two days to return to normal. Now it is no longer the case, the last lunch and last meal "rule out" were not deleterious and weight remained unchanged, which gives me hope that in reality are more up the lost kilograms and that soon I'll see a surprise on the scale .... I will make you join in!
